Welcome to Resources By Renae!

Our Mission

We believe that every individual is God’s masterpiece, uniquely created with purpose and potential. Guided by Ephesians 2:10, Resources by Renae exists to equip and empower young adults, parents, and individuals at life’s crossroads to discover and walk in the path God has prepared for them. Through faith-based coaching, life skills training, and community support, we help individuals embrace their God-given identity, develop confidence, and step into the good works He has prearranged for them. Grounded in our core values—Faith, Integrity, Excellence, Respect, Communication, and Empowerment — we provide the tools and guidance needed to help individuals navigate their next steps in life, whether they choose to Employ, Enlist, or Enroll. Our mission is to transform lives by fostering growth, resilience, and a deep-rooted faith, ensuring that every person we serve walks boldly in their God-given purpose, living a life of clarity, direction, and impact.

Meet Dr. Renae Rogers!

Renae is married to John Rogers, has six children, two granddaughters, and is a spiritual mama to many. Renae earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Marist College. Though born and raised in Poughkeepsie, New York, she moved to Florida in 2002 to be closer to family.

Renae has always been passionate about helping others achieve all they can and more. In 2009, her eyes opened to the world of education through her work as a school nurse. In 2012, she realized her newfound love—in front of a classroom of 30 students teaching healthcare and life skills. For ten years, she taught many students interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. Today, Renae continues to mentor, motivate, and magnify all that is positive by supporting former students and young adults in the community in reaching their full potential.

While inspiring others, Renae practices what she preaches and considers herself a lifelong learner. In 2018, Renae earned a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Stetson University and and honorary PhD in Christian Leadership & Business from Ruach Global Christian University. In 2022, she became a John Maxwell Certified Life Coach. Renae is an active member of Calvary Christian Center and believes it is by the grace of God that He allows Resources by Renae to be a dream come true!
